How do I know what size to order?
We provide a detailed size guide on every product page. Most of our tour apparel is standard unisex fit, but we recommend checking specific measurements for our premium hoodies and women's cut tees.
When will my tour merchandise ship?
Standard in-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. For pre-order items or limited edition posters, please refer to the shipping timeline noted on the specific product description.
What is your return policy for apparel?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition warehouse items and concert posters are final sale.
Do you ship internationally to fans outside the US?
Yes, we ship DMB official gear worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties may apply.
How should I care for my screen-printed shirts?
To preserve the life of the graphic and fabric, we recommend washing your apparel inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat or hang drying.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes can only be made if the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process. Please contact our support team immediately with your order number to request a change.
